Paddle Steamer “Hohentwiel”
The Hohentwiel serves as a paddle-wheel steamer on Lake Constance (Bodensee). Dating back to 1913, it is the only operational steamship and the oldest continuously operating passenger ship still in service on the lake. The home port of the Austrian ship is near Bregenz.
Zeppelin Museum in Meersburg
Meersburg, a place on the shore of Lake Constance, offers in one of its houses a Zeppelin Museum. This private collection and the large Zeppelin Museum in nearby Friedrichshafen would be a good combination for friends of the big airships.
