After leaving Salzkammergut Railway at station Ebensee – Landungsplatz. I had this remarkable view of Traun Lake (Traunsee). The Traunsee is the deepest lake in Austria (191 metres) and offers lovely views of high mountains and even an old castle set on a tiny island (Seeschloss Ort).
I am often asked where I love to make holidays. As I am working as a travel writer there is no need to make big tours for holidays so I prefer to spend my breaks in such sceneries like this one located in Upper Austria (Oberösterreich).
