Starcke Haus in Graz
On a rock named Schloßberg in the middle of Graz, there is the Starcke Haus, where the German actor Gustav Starcke (1848-1921) had lived for many years and wrote some poems about the Schloßberg. Today it houses a restaurant where one can have a fine meal with a view of Graz.
Murinsel in Graz
The Murinsel in Graz is an artificial floating platform in the middle of the Mur river. It was designed by US artist Vito Acconci in 2003. Two footbridges connect the platform with both banks of the river. Inside the dome, there is a café where one can watch canoeists driving along the river.

Franciscan Church in Graz
Two beauties of Graz: The landmark of Graz named Uhrturm in the background and the Franciscan Church (Franziskanerkirche) in the foreground. The church is part of the oldest monastery in the city. Sometimes I am using the hidden cloister for relaxing from the hurly-burly of the shopping streets in Graz.
